Baggage
Please arrive at the ticket counter 20 minutes before your scheduled flight. All passenger baggage should be checked in before your scheduled flight. If you are traveling with a large amount of baggage, we suggest you prioritize your items so we can send the baggage you need right away with you. Other items will be sent when there is space available. Large or heavy items that require special handling may be subject to an additional handling charge. The total baggage weight allowed per passenger is 100 lbs., extra baggage weight is subject to additional shipping charges. Soft-sided luggage is most easily loaded in the storage areas of the airplane. We do ask that you pack your belongings properly to help prevent damage. Please let us know if any of your items are fragile so that we can label them as such and handle them with greater care. There is no room in the passenger compartment for carry-on luggage. However, the carpeted wing locker is available to place small items as you board the airplane. Please advise the ticket agent if you intend to use the wing locker, as your items will need to be weighed and accounted for.
